Return & Refund Policy

At π‘Άπ’’π’“π’šπ’π’•π’‰β„’, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • With original packaging and tags (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

2. Initiating a Return

To start a return, please email service@dopploe.com.
If approved:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label

  • You will receive step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your item

Important: Returns sent without prior approval or authorization cannot be accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival.
If an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Perishable items (food, plants, etc.)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care or hygiene items

  • Hazardous, flammable, or dangerous materials

  • Original shipping fees

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If unsure, contact us before requesting a return.

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original product

  2. Place a new order for the replacement

6. EU Orders – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For European Union deliveries, you may cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. This applies in addition to our standard 30-day policy.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

  • Banks or card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 15 business days, contact service@dopploe.com.

8. Return Address

All returns must include a return label provided by π‘Άπ’’π’“π’šπ’π’•π’‰β„’.
