This approach allows us to:

  • Minimize waste and streamline the supply chain

  • Ensure products reach you safely and reliably

1. Processing Time & Shipping Costs

Every order is prepared with attention to detail.

Order Processing:
Please allow 2–4 business days for order verification, packing, and dispatch.

High-Demand Periods (Holidays, Promotions):
Processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Fee:
A flat rate of $5.99 applies to all domestic and international orders.

2. Estimated Delivery

Delivery times vary by location due to global fulfillment:

  • United States: 10 – 15 business days

  • Canada / UK / Australia: 11 – 16 business days

  • Other Regions: 15 – 20 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Tracking Orders

Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.
Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear. Even if the status hasn’t updated, your package is still on its way.

4. International Duties & Taxes

International shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes

  • π‘Άπ’’π’“π’šπ’π’•π’‰β„’ is not liable for customs-related delays

Customs charges are rare for small household items, but rules differ by country.

5. Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery.
If you need to update your shipping address or cancel an order, please email service@dopploe.com within 12 hours of ordering. After processing begins, changes or cancellations are not possible.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged, send a photo within 72 hours, and we’ll provide a replacement free of charge.

Lost Packages:
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
